Insurance Warning

Beware when purchasing insurance. Make sure you add up the down payment and monthly installments and they add up to the premium. There should only be no more than $5.00 added on to each payment.

I am in the process of renewing mine and FIRST CHARTER INSURANCE GROUP gave me a great quote UNTIL I got to the payments. They slid in $336.00 in finance charges in the payments! So glad I caught that before cancelling my current insurance.

is that including the monthly payment charge or separate.

What that insurance co is doing is financing your premimun through a finance company due to the fact that cannot handle the paper themselves so they factor it out and inturn you are charged for it.

I have my insurance through OOIDA. I can't say I've ever found an easier to work with, more upfront company. I added a co-driver and cut my deductible in half and i'm still paying less than the company offered package. They were 100% up front and i knew what I was paying the whole time.
