Illegal isn't always illegal... yeah... right

Immigration attorney Francisco Hernandez refused to admit that people who cross the U.S. border illegally are breaking the law. “It’s not breaking the law if you want to cross the border to get a piece of the American dream for your family if you’re otherwise starving,” Hernandez said. While I don't wish starvation on anyone this nation can not support everyone. Sounds racist to me. Certainly not legitimate. Illegal is illegal, including criminal aliens.

If it's not breaking the law when you break the law because you really, really want to reap the rewards of breaking the law, then this would apply to the following:

“It’s not breaking the law if you want to rob a bank to get a piece of the American dream for your family if you’re otherwise starving.”

I want that guy as my attorney. <snort>

No, wait, the lawyer's got a point. It's not wrong to have the urge; it's only wrong if you act on that urge.

Wait...where have I heard this before?

Not sure. Some other thread, maybe. I generally try to stay within the thread without yanking stuff in from other threads. Not much good happens when ya do that.
