Absolutely, great idea! Renegade in Indiana on I-80 makes a coll unit as well. Check them out, as that way you get a slide-out! Now that would be Super Cool!! The only down side of all this would be needing a "A" license? Have fun and keep the imagination growing.

I already have the A license. I just am looking at ideas when it's time to replace my current unit, although that is years away. I just like the comfort features it offers.

A unit with a slide out would be great provided the end space was available to park it in however after seeing how some of these guys drive in the t/s I wouldn't trust it to be attached in the morning if it was left out at bedtime. I'm afraid it would be a large extra expense that couldn't be used enough to justify it.
