in august i had an accident in chicago with a unmarked low bridge, we had been on with panther for 5 years and they canceled my contract the very next day, i signed my truck on with All-state on sept 29, in that time i have had only 3 loads, we always had loads with panther, is anyone else out there having problems getting loads with all-state or any other companies, i feel that 2 weeks isn't a long enough time to judge whether a company is good or not looking at the bad financial state of this country. God bless and keep you safe. strawflower

Any bridge without markings is suppose to be at least 14' high.I would first make sure it was unmarked, and then talked with a lawyer that is into the transportation industry.Did you get a ticket for hitting the bridge, are you positive it was unmarked? Find the right lawyer, you could get lost income for as long as you have been gone

It doesn't seem like they would be able to fire someone over a bridge not being marked. Seems like if it wasn't marked you wouldn't be held liable for that. I don't really know anything about that stuff, but it sure seems like it.
