Finally, somebody woke up! On duty does not include ...
No more of that, "You were in the seat, you were on duty" crap.
And you can finally sit, legally, in the passenger seat while someone else drives ... such simple common sense.
And this one makes sense also ...
New Rule – Effective July 1, 2013*
May not drive after accumulating 8 hours on duty without taking at least a 30 minute break
Ya been humping freight all day .. take a break before hitting the road.
