I-75, I-71, I-471 will be closed in Cincinnati, at the River for about 30-40 minutes starting at 9pm est. for the River Fest Fireworks. After the Fireworks traffic will be thick on the Freeways in and around Cincinnati. You'll need to take I-275 around(about same distance east or west).
