I suggest they build a bridge over Indianapolis as well, Ive found LOTS of construction in so many places it adds considerable drive time and aggravation to any trip, Hwy 31 isnt bad at late night, but daytime its a mess, running Hwy 40 next to 70 to get by the construction mess going into and out of Indy is another, late at night not so bad, daytime Oh Boy...

Just remember; the current US 31 through Kokomo was also built as a "bypass". It didn't take them long to screw that all up!!
