HUT and more

As I asked the other day about the HUT sticker, I now have a further question. I have another truck which is running and will be dropping in Cincinnati Monday morning. She will then come here at which time I will put all her new permits on the truck for 2005. Will she have any trouble at scalehouses with 2004 permits? Because my drivers both live in other cities I did not get them the permits. I did not mail them for fear of not knowing when they would get home. I got the one truck handled New Years eve. but have just comtinually missed chances to get the other one. Any issues you think?

The HUT sticker won't be a problem if they stay out of NY. There IFTA sticker is another story, you may be stopped and fined. How about a temporary permit? Good luck.

Thanks Glen. I know the HUT will not be a problem but I am worried about the other two. I have a call into a freind of a freind that works in an IRP office to see what she thinks But I think I got an iffy situation here. I have told her to bypass the scales of which she has two that I can see. Oh well no guts no glory. :)

The fax copy of the IFTA permit, and other related permit could buy you time. Since you already have the permits. The photocopy of the actual sticker and fax copy of permit may buy you the time to get past scale with out a fine.
Our company sends out our permits by a courier to our homes or where we want them delivered.
