My genny was included and did the recall myself. The fuel tube can be reached under the front panel (outlet end). Reach in and release three small white wire harness plugs and this allows you to reach the tube. Mine had the hose clamp poking a nice little hole in the adjacent tube after running for a total of about 80 hrs. so if your gen falls in these numbers, best check it out to be safe.
