We left home the third of January with intentions of being home in late February to get our taxes ready to be sent off to our accountant. This plan changed as we ended up with an extra few days at our youngest daughters house and I had our mail forwarded to us.
Each time we planned to go home or got close the weather was miserable so we put it off. Finally the decision was made to wait until our yearly party at our house and stay home for a little extra time. This kept us on away from home almost four months and that is too long!
