Hey folks
Anybody out there have a Hino Dealer that really knows what they are doing. We have been to a couple of them and end up having to go to a different repair facility to get the problem taken care of. We went to Interstate Truck Source and they are the most incompetant people I have had the displeasure of working with. We had a problem with the sleeper battery not charging I told them to check the battery Isolator and was told they never go bad, I was then told it checked out well quess what after sitting the week-end in the dark with no fridge, it was what I told them in the first place. Then they didn't have the part After I gave them the brand, the serial number and the model number they were able to find it. If we have to do the job for them what are we doing out here.
