I have a 2010 Hino 268 and my exhaust break come on when it feels like it or it has a short. My cruise control does not work any advise on issue I am having? Does this system have a fuse or replace then wire harness? Thanks
I would make sure that the brake switches and clutch switch ( if applicable) are functioning properly. If the ABS light comes on it will disable the exhaust brake function when the vehicle is moving.
make sure your exhaust brake is off when you are trying to use the cruise. The problem maybe you are accidently hitting the right side stalk while driving engaging the exhaust brake? My 268 will not allow cruise when exhaust brake is on.
