Just bought D unit. I need a place to get it registered fast. Want to start work the first week of January. Heard about Fern Bennett in OK., but some say there is a long wait and it is hard to get ahold of somebody on the phone. Where do most of you register your trucks? I reside in Indiana, anybody register here and if so how much
