What is the strangest encounter you've ever had at a shipper or consignee?
Tonight we were delivering at a department store. They had a door next to the docks, and you had to ring a bell to get someone to open the door. I pushed the bell, waited, and these two women slightly opened the door with this freaked out look. I told them we had a load to drop off as she held this hammer up in the air...just waiting to attack!!! Lol...this was very strange, it's not like we look like we were doing anything. You could hear the truck outside, and that is clearly the door that drivers go to. She never even put the hammer down....just kept it up in the air.
