We are with a awesome new Truck owner for this past week. I am sooooo impressed. This guy has everything covered and prepares the driver for anything that could arise.
Has an awesome contract (signed by both sides before starting) that is very well and plainly written. Fair to both sides. I don't think I have seen a contract before that doesn't try to screw the driver over in some way or other.
The truck is awesome. The nicest I have ever been in. I thought the one we were in for 2 years was nice but this one is even nicer. Like being at home on the rode.
Only draw back is he ask his drivers to stay out for 5 weeks then one week at home. Doesn't matter to k and I because we don't go home near that often anyway but I know there are teams that like to go home every 2 or 3 weeks. ( Don't see how ya could make money like that but everyone to their own. lol)
Anyway this guy has 7 trucks that are very well maintained, they look nice so DOT won't get a feather for them, very comfortable. Yep I think we are gonna be happy here.
