Canada Getting into Canada

My husband was not charged with a DUI...instead he was charged with reckless driving, resisting arrest...his brother was injured in the accident so I'm sure it made things more difficult.
He received a letter from the Canadian Government asking that he explain the charges to them but he never returned it to them..but I think that I will insist that he does fill out what happened and see if we can get a clearer picture of where we stand with this.
If you can be of any help we'd sure be grateful for it..

I did a little searching this morning and found this:

The Canadian Department of Citizenship and Immigration has a Criminal Rehabilitation Program which may allow someone with a record to get their FAST card.
This program is run in Niagara Falls Ont.
Call 905 354 4684 for an application kit.

I hope this helps.
Keep us posted if you decide to apply for this and let us know if you (your husband actually) are successful.
