Geico refuses to pay

ksdk.com a Florida woman is hit by a drunk driver and he leaves the scene of the accident, police catch him a short time later and he is arrested for dui and leaving the scene of an accident, with police reports and witness statements the woman files a claim with Geico which happens to insure the woman and the drunk but they take the word of the drunk he says accident not his fault DOnt think I would want insurance from Geico

Must take a lot of money to support a gecko. I hope the woman collects and the drunk loses his car and goes to jail.

I was hit by a Geico driver in the spring and I wanted to go directly to them without involving my truck insurance but they didn't want to pay enough, and were stalling until I just went ahead with my insurance. Paid the deductible, but a few months later got it back since my insurance was able to collect.
Man, I hate that lizard.
