Gas $ to diesel $

Well I topped my tanks off at the hucks in east peoria, il by the super center while I am here at the house the diesel was .10 less than gas. The price was $3.79 diesel and the gas is $3.89 and the truck stop in morton IL is $4.05 pg for diesel I get furious when I get the diesel cheaper at the off track and beat places and truck stops tottaly take advantage of truckers ! makes me sick ! It has made me mad since 1992 when I 1st started driving.

I agree about he truck stop thing. When I started trucking in 69 truck stops were few and far between. You had to plan your trip like a pilot would. Showers were few and far between but much better food because it was mom and pop restaurants. Then came the big boys and it's been going to h#@# ever since. Like Seven Eleven when that deal started, get them in the door, then rip'm off.
