I own a B unit and am leased to a regional midwest expeditor. I have a question regarding fuel surcharge. Does the company that collects the surcharge from the customer have to pass that onto the o/o or can they use that money however they want. In my case the money is not being passed on to me and I'm wondering if I'm getting the short end of the stick or if this is sop. Thanks for any help and stay safe.
