Got a couple of guestions and a price comparison.
1. Did your company get a fsc increase.
2. Has it made a difference in your ability to accept loads.
Did a comparison for the week of 09/05/05 thru 09/12/05 compared to 09/05/04 thru 09/12/04 and 08/05/05 thru 08/12/05
date , miles , loads , gross , gross-variable expense
1. 09/05 , 2668 , 5 , 74.5cpm , 50cpm
2. 09/04 , 2786 , 6 , 76cpm , 57cpm
3. 08/05 , 2555 , 8 , 65cpm , 43.75cpm
Thats a 9.5 cpm increase in one month on the gross and 6.75 cpm increase after fuel, tolls,meals and main.
And only 1.5 cents decrease on the gross from last year and 7 cpm off of income after variable expense from last.
What to thank my carrier for putting me back in the black.I hope all carriers got the increase and are passing them on to the owner/operators.
