Not sure this will help anything. The stratigic reserve is for military use in a time of war. As to the exports from Alaska, I am under the impression that we export about 30% of what we produce up there. Most goes to Japan. It is oil that we are not allowed to burn in the US do to it's high sulphur content. Anyone else have any info on that? Want to bring down prices? DRILL DRILL DRILL, flood the market. Convet coal into diesel. Increase supply and the price will come down. Layoutshooter
