Frame streching ?

If I was to get say a 2003 something day cab with 24' box, how much does it normally run to strech the frame to 40'? Is it worth it? I might be buying a truck but I'm going to change the sleeper and box so I was thinking with the left over sleeper and box to build another truck but don't know how much to strech a frame is. Thanks.

You might want to consider something in the '00 or '01 model years as they won't have the "emissions" engines with those pesky EGR systems.

Last frame that I had stretched was in 95 and it cost 2800. ICT sleepers gave me the guys name.
