Ford E250 alternator problem

Hi. I have a 2006 Ford E250 van, gas 4,6L engine. Last night I changed the 3-rd alternator this year. Can somebody give me an advice regarding this unusual issue ? I know the driver who drive the van idle a lot. I don't know it is related or no.Thanks

Do you know what else,the driver, might be using in side for amp draw(gps;invert;tv;computer;refrigerator;cb/with amp.......etc.),if so you might want to step up to bigger amp alternator.

Where are you getting the alternators from? I have never had good luck with most of these rebuilt ones at auto parts stores with lifetime warranty's. What size alternator are you getting, it might be to small for what you need.
