On the Feast of the Assumption, Tuesday, August 15, 2006, there will be a celebration of the Mass of Thanksgiving at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Broadway and Market Streets in Camden, NJ.
The Solemn High Tridentine Mass will begin at 7
m and will once again feature the Ars Laudis Festival Chorus & Orchestra. The Mass setting chosen for this wonderful day will be the Missa Dolorosa, by Antonio Caldara (c. 1670-1736), a composer of the Baroque era.
Be there by 6:00 PM if you want a good seat or a seat at all. This is not to be missed!
