flat rate pay

Hi everyone dose anyone no which compaines are paying flat rate! And is that good or bad flat rate pay or %pay!

Load1, landstar and supposedly bolt are the only ones I know of that pay percentage. Pretty much all others are per mile. Variables exist on which methods better but comparing two equel companies I'll take percentage every time.

FedEx CC is a "hybrid". Some trucks on flat rate, some on percentage, at least for now.
