Fedex straight truck solo

I ran solo for FDCC for a couple of years and did really well. Just recently went on hiatus for the holidays and thinking about getting my own truck.. We will see.
Numbers. I kept my rate at 1.65 - 1.80 per mile all miles. After fuel and expenses I clear $800.- $1200. per week on average. I ran mostly regional and kept to the east coast. Boston - Baltimore, no further west than Harrisburg, PA and NEVER upstate NY. Sometimes I would go west if I had a couple of weeks to kill trying to get back. I find that I made as much as the teams and sometimes more. This has always worked very well for me. The busiest area in the east now seems to be the Philly express center. I sat a bit more than other drivers but it always paid off in the long run. Good Luck!
