Here is how fedexcc figures fsc for a D unit:fuel cost average is $3,27 per gallon.you then subtract $1.20 per gallon,that is the fuel price that fedexcc is guaranteeing it wont go higher.the difference is $2.07 per gallon.you then divide the $2.07 /gallon by the 9 miles per gallon that fedexcc says your suppose to get.the differenc is 23 cents per mile,you will get that for all dispatched miles.If you get better than 9 mpg your ahead of the game,if you get less,well you need to find a way to increase your fuel mileage.This $3.27 is the average of fuel prices this week,it changes every tuesday
