1. I do not know how you can check into another express center without checking out of the first one.
2. I am an independend contractor, I am not subject to forced dispatch, therefore I can and do turn down loads for reasons other than pay ie; weather in destination city, load availability in destination area, plans for later in the week.
3. Using the only vehicle in an expess center as a pickup time is risky for all the reasons outlined above.
4. If I utilize the options granted to me, I do not consider it manipulating the system
