That deletes most of my post about the stupid donkey extranet password system that won't let you use passwords you might actually remember from one time to another. Another "fix" to something that wasn't broken to begin with. Oh, and before any knuckleheads get "offended" by donkey first put your hands in your back pockets and squeeze. What you feel there is what the word donkey is code for.

Are you sure it wasn't broken? I mean sure, it was probably working great for you, but I'd venture a guess and say it wasn't working for FedEx, hence the change.

While it also frustrated me for a hot second, that was all. A call to the VRU to generate a new password, and then you're in.

That said, I like to vent sometimes, too. Do you feel better?

I'm sure to them it was broken just like the good decal colors that made us unique and not just another generic red. A minimum of 8 alphanumeric should be sufficient and still allow convenience to the operators unlike the current convenienceless (sic) system. I do feel slightly better.

Well, my computer which unlike an ipad does remember passwords won't log in either and since they "fixed" the system this way there's also no way to go on the extranet to read the VRU map to find the secret handshake to change one's password. It just should not be this difficult to use the system. It should be returned to the old password system.

Finally got a new pw and got back into the system. What a nuisance.
