Friday Worked out tonight, and Ran Five miles.
Saturday worked out and run ten miles.

2 sets of ten each hand of one handed push ups, then pump out 100 two handed push ups
150 regular sit ups.
50 inverted sit ups. (Hang upside down thies on top of one bar and shins braced under the 2nd bar six feet in the air inside the Trailer.) Make my own gym.
Staying in shape is what I do.
Better than Drinking, Smokiing, Dipping that just makes ya drunk anyway.
Best of all it don't cost nothing and YA Feel GOOD!!!!!!!!!!
