Espar blowing smoke

My Espar came with my Tri Pac and blows 2 minutes of smoke out the exaust when it starts up. I just talked to Espar tech support and he said there is a screen that the fuel goes through, that is getting plugged up after 2 1/2 years of use, and needs to be replaced. It sound like a cheap fix.

After 2 1/2 years you Espar should get a tune up. New injector, new filter and whatever else they do. Just got mine done at Espar of Michigan and now it works like it was brand new again.

Thanks for the extra stuff that should be checked. I am headed towards home after 6 weeks, and will drop the truck off at the Thermo King that installed it. I should have them do a thorough check on the Tri Pac too.
