Found these in Wal-Mart today. No added sugar or artificial sweetners. Small storage and no refrigeration required. Taste really good, and only 80 calories. Had one for breakfast while waiting for load 3 to cancel in New Jersey :b

Me thinks there is something else in that package and it isn't yogurt!

Could be ? I looked at the ingredients and did not see anything suspect. Does say to refrigerate AFTER opening.
