What spam emails? You claim that i spammed someone by sending them a forum post called communism in hollywood. I beg to differ.

It was posted here in the forum not spammed.

If you did not like the article on communism which exist here in the great usa then post a comment. Don't try to get me kicked off of the forum by lieing.

I don't send anyone spam emails through this site, period.

I beg to differ Cheryl Atwell aka Ratwell71...I get your spam e-mails....there's only one person that had that address and that was Frank Katz here in the Financial forums. And he sends me his garbage spam!
You probably forward your garbage thru his header on his mailings.

Dreamer is this proper??? I gave Frank my address to get some tax documents and now I get spammed.

No, it's not proper.. definately a breach of 'netiquette', but it is not something I have control over once it's off the forum.



No one should use the emails from another's forward to send out their own mass emails.


My personal habit is, if I feel something DEFINATELY would be of interest to someone, I send it to ONLY people I KNOW, and then use BCC (Blind Carbon Copy). This way if your item IS forwarded to someone else, they can't harvest the emails. The person you send it to can still reply to you, but no one else can see the address.

Folks, please remember, don't send forwards to someone unless you know them personally.. and then only if you KNOW they won't mind.
