Driver identified. BTW, the last quarter-mile approach to Clay's Ferry Bridge has seen many fatal accidents over the past 20 years. Especially, the southbound approach- the pitch and roll of the highway just feels wrong. Coming out of the curve, a driver can feel momentum pulling to the left as road angles to the right. Making the bridge approach at 70mph is an iffy situation. Dropping the speed limit to 55mph near the bridge might help. Plus caution lights. Bridge stands some 200+ feet above the Kentucky River in a palisades area.
