Does anyone know what Panther pays per mile on "D" units now? They used to be $1.35, but I heard it changed?

(4,001 lb. - 9,500 lb. capacity)

Straight Trucks-16 Ft. - 20 Ft. $1.20 per mile
(9,501 lb. - 12,499 lb. capacity)

Straight Trucks-20 Ft. - 26 Ft. $1.20 per mile
(12,500 lb. - 16,000 lb. capacity)

I think, but I'm not sure, that they're one of the only one's with a flat rate. I know FedEx's rates go up and down. I've ran loads for $1.00 a mile, and ran short ones for almost $2.00 a mile. It probably averaged out.. the big difference that I see, is that with Panther, you know what it's going to pay ahead of time... You might check out the Driver Survey on the E/O Homepage and compare the YEARLY averages in relation to the miles run, to get a better idea, or maybe some Panther drivers can give more insight..
