Why does it take the police to slow some people down?
Recently while driving, I started seeing signs warning of road construction up ahead. Next came signs warning of the reduced speed limit and finally the posted speed limit sign of 55 MPH. Now I do not know about you, but sometimes I feel like a stationary rock in a stream as everyone zooms by me on the right when I lower my speed on the interstate to the posted reduced speed limit...
