Have you seen it too?

1. The repeat load offers that we complained about a while ago seem to have stopped. Now we see an offer once and if it is declined, we don't see it again unless the pay is bumped.

2. The new crop of dispatchers that were brought in several months ago seem to have hung in and they are getting better. We are becoming familiar with several of the new names and their job knowledge and performance has noticeably improved.

3. Hold times on the telephone seem to have declined. There are still calls when we have to hold for unreasonable lengths of time but more and more it seems that we are able to get right through.

One can only be positive about time for things to change.

Funny aboiut the load offers. I figured I was the only one getting upset by those but I actually called in and complained about it many months ago. Last spring? I forget. And yeah have to agree the wait times are getting better on the phone.
