The democrats have developed a solution to the drought conditions that have plagued Georgia and other areas. The government is going to give free water to all citizens. By providing free water they are sure that water usage will decrease since people aren't going to take advantage of or abuse what they get for free. By going to a single payer system they will insure the best delivery and product. Single payer, the solution we've waited for.
