I just bought a dashcam about a week ago and thought I would share my experience with it.
I got this one from Amazon and a 32GB card for extended recording.

So far, it seems to work very well. Video is clear, even in low light. I really like the "Parking" mode. If it detects motion while parked, it starts recording. Very nice for truck stop parking.
The manual for it was not very clear, but with so few buttons on it, it was easy enough to figure out. The hardest setting to get right was the language. Out of the box, it is set for Chinese, but after a few tries, I was able to find English.
I've only been using it for a week or so, but it seem to work well.
