DAC services is a reporting and record keeping agency for the trucking industry. Information on individuals is supplied to them by your previous employers, and many companies obtain the report for pre-employment purposes. It keeps records of employment history, drug screens, MVR reports, etc.
Individual drivers may obtain a copy of their personal records contained at DAC. Send a copy of your driver license, social security card, along with your home address and phone number to:
