I prefer this motor as do a lot of truckers to all the others. To my knowledge this motor has gone out of production. This is scary because I am not really all that fond of the options available when it comes time for me to upgrade my equipment. Every Detroit I looked at over 250k miles had oil and gasket leals like crazy. I heard a lot of folks complaining about the new Cummins, Volvo, and Mercedes motors due to the large expense for repairs. What do the other N14 fans plan to do when it comes time to get another truck?

The N14 is no longer in production according to the Cummins web site. http://www.everytime.cummins.com/every/applications/heavy.jsp Only shows the ISM and ISX for heavy duty trucks.
