Has any of the company's raised your rates sence the fuel has gotten to over 4.00gal?
when I left the business in 06 I was getting .77cpm for a van at Panther II after 4 years. What are they paying now? I miss being out on the road. One more year i can retire again and maybe get back out there being free again. Be Cool Drive Safe

The rates are the same but the fsc is higher in most cases.

rates may lower or stay the same, but rarely go higher.the fsc is based on the average cost per gallon, that will change.if your fsc isnt off setting your fuel costs, then its time to make a change, either in your driving or your company.getting fsc on both loaded and empty miles is fine, but you need to cut the empty miles down, especially at $4.00/gallon
