The music business is ripe with many interesting stories. Some funny, some sad and all are fun to read. One of my favorites involves the '50's-'60's folk group the Kingston Trio. Not long after they started a "critic" was kinda cutting them down for playing "EASY" music. SO, in response they put a song called Scotch and Soda on the first album they released in 1958. It is a very simple recording, one acustic guitar, a bull base and one voice. The "critic" was done critisizing them after that one song. The chords in that song are very difficult and to play them in such an open un-cluttered fashion took a real "Set of Stones".
The song was written by Dave Guard and I have the link below with the lyrics and chords for those of you who know how to play guitar or just know chords. Who else has a "Cool" story to throw in here? Layoutshooter
