Contracts

Are there any owners, that have drivers working for them have contracts with their drivers? If so, how and what are you saying in your contracts? Thank you for your assistance.

The question of contracts comes up on a monthly basis, if not more often. There have been a few good threads on things to be sure are covered in a contract like pay periods, escrow, insurance, maintenance etc. but there are no sample or example contracts available. Each contract needs to be individualized to the specific parties so it's just not a good idea to cut and paste from a sample. Have your attorney draw up the contract or review it if you are given one. It will be money well spent. Good luck.
