Well, I was referring to the article where they quoted him
not referring to himself as a professor, and then proceeded to straw man the pee out of it by berating him for referring to himself as a professor.
Anything outside of that article
constitutes a different context.
If they want to berate him for saying something, they should quote him saying it, and make their argument. They'll make a better argument of they refrain from sourcing their facts and opinions from biased Bloggers, though. Perhaps they should talk to the people in charge of The Law School at the University of Chicago and see what they have to
say about it and they'll be able to make a more informed argument.
