I'm confused. Which is not surprising.

I was reconciling my fuel receipts to what is on the comdata's web site and I found that some of the amounts are different. No not by the amount of the comdata fees - that also comes out.

None of them are larger.

Probably due to the fuel discounts that Panther gets at the TA, Loves, and the Petro. On your fuel receipt, there will be the line that shows the gallon amount, price per, and the dollar amount. That's the "cash discount" figure, and would be the same whether you use Comdata or actual cash. But above that, on a separate line, there is the amount actually deducted from the Comdata account, an amount which reflects the carrier discount.
