I have been testing these two units against each other for the last week, just straight expediting, I don't run hazmat. After running about 2500 miles this week, and 3 trips into Canada, I returned the Cobra today. Yea the Garmin still has some of the quirks of the older garmins, but I truly hate the graphics of the Cobra! And much to my surprise found the 7 inch screen just too big. One thing that really drives me crazy with the Cobra was coming up to another highway, it don't id the highway with 1 or 2 markings but 6 or 8 times, you have highway markings all across your 7 inch screen. Another thing that made the Cobra loss was with garmin if you zoom in the screen to only show a mile or two ahead it stays there. The Cobra stays only a few moments then goes back to it orginal setting, for me zoomed way too far out. And I liked the logging of the garmin over the Cobra also, for me the Garmin came out heads and shoulders over the Cobra, but this is just my 2 cents.
