I've had my insurance through CIS for a couple of years now. I get excellent customer service. I email them when I have a question or need something and they respond. My rates are lower than through my carrier and also lower than through my local insurance agent at home. My policy just renewed and I got an email with the updated certificate attached. I printed it off as well as saving it into my computer so I can show it at will in both printed and electronic form. I've never had an interaction with CIS that wasn't professional and polite. They definitely get 5 stars as far as I'm concerned and I wanted to express my satisfaction and appreciation here as well.
