I am presently driving a straight truck locally for $10/hr. I have a three year old cdl a and due to a 3 month span of 4 preventables in a big rig find myself unable to break back into t/t's. How hard is it to hire on as company driver (cargo van)? I have no moving violations ever, no dui's ,and one accident in 35 years of driving. The preventables in the big rig were all 1 or 2 mph scrapes with little or no damage. I miss driving and wonder if epedited is both possible and financially rewarding enough to try to overcome my big rig errors. well thanks and any info is much appreciated.:)

I had the same problem you did in t/ts. If you don't mind being gone, and still like the idea of driving on the road, expediting is the place to be. You may not be happy about the gut you'll put on tho :p

I agree. Expediting in a "B" or "D" may just be the place for you. Check out the want adds on this site.
