Cargo vans

Would a old u haul truck or box van work good for expedite? Or is a cargo van better?

I would stay away from a uhaul. A lot of people do run cube vans. Cargo vans used to be the standard and still used by many but before investing in anything talk to some recruiters and find out what they are accepting in their fleets.
